Attentative employees but also don't hover when you enter the gate to your unit. However, the location is hidden and I have to take backroads to get to it
Went to look for information, probably they are very good about storage unit, but first impression was unprofessional and decided not giving my business to them. Looked for another location.

I went in to rent a small storage place and refused to give my social security number on the form. The employee "gentleman" and I use that term very loosely then proceeded to yell at me saying I had an attitude because of the way I put my drivers license on the counter. The employee then started to insult me and yell at me in front of his manager who just stood by and acted like nothing was happening. That was about the rudest I have ever been treated by any business in my life. The employee was very pushy in trying to get my social security number, which is not required. (it's not, I checked with another store later). Stay away from this place, very rude and it seems very fishy the employee wanted my social security number so bad.
